Today, enjoy a day of discovering Delhi, strolling through the city that is as historic as it is modern, like two sides of the same coin! This morning, enjoy the Old Delhi tour, including a Rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk, “the silver street”, one of the largest shopping malls in India; pass by Red Fort, the place that marked the announcement of India’s freedom from the British Raj; visit Raj Ghat, site of Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation. In the afternoon, discover the modern city of New Delhi, including a visit to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, the largest Sikh temple in Delhi, with a golden tomb, still in active worship; we will also visit the Laxmi Narayan Birla Temple, it is one of the famous Birla temples. It was built in 1938; in this temple the deity of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Laxmi are worshipped. The craftsmanship and ornate descriptions of many prayer scriptures interest tourists in Hindu culture and religion. Janamashtmi and Diwali are the two most celebrated festivals here. Photo stop at India Gate, the war memorial arch built in honour of the soldiers who died in World War II, the President's House, Parliament House and other government buildings, the most impressive features of Lutyen's Delhi. Overnight at hotel
After breakfast, drive to Agra, an ancient city as mentioned in the great epic ‘Mahabharata’ and was the centre of attention during the reign of the Mughals. It is famous for being the home of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is a monument of such incredible elegance that it is considered synonymous with beauty in itself. On arrival in Agra, check-in to your hotel. In the afternoon, free to explore the city and markets. Overnight at hotel.
Morning visit of the Taj Mahal, a mausoleum complex on the south bank of the Yamuna River outside Agra, India. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahān in memory of his wife, Mumtāz Maḥal, who died in 1631. The Taj complex, begun c. 1632, took 22 years to complete. At its centre is a square garden bounded by two smaller oblong sections, one comprising the mausoleum and the other a gateway. The mausoleum, of pure white marble inlaid with semi-precious stones, is flanked by two red sandstone buildings, a mosque on one side and an identical building for aesthetic balance on the other. It stands on a high marble plinth with a minaret at each corner. It has four identical facades, each with a massive central arch 33 m (108 ft) high, and is surmounted by a bulbous double dome and four vaulted kiosks. Its interior, with fine and sober stone decoration, is centred on an octagonal chamber containing the marble tombs, enclosed by a pierced marble screen, with sarcophagi below. Considered one of the most beautiful buildings in the world, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. In the afternoon, we will visit the Agra Fort, also called Lal Quila or Red Fort of Agra. Built in red stone by the famous Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565, the fort houses the Pearl Mosque, a sight to behold and its major tourist attraction. It stands on the bend of the Jamuna River, almost in the heart of the city. Akbar built it as his citadel during the years 1563-73, in the finest architectural style. It is characterized by its imposing doors, its red sandstone walls and its moat. Accommodation at the hotel

The city was laid out in the 18th century following a perfect grid and later covered in that pink colour that makes it unforgettable.
